What we collect
Information you give us
When you run a free AI visibility scan, we collect the business name, town, and category you enter, and your email address if you choose to receive the full report. When you contact us directly, we receive whatever you include in that message.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours records basic technical information when you visit: approximate location by country, browser and device type, the page that referred you, and the pages you view. This comes from our hosting and analytics providers and is not used to identify you personally.
What we do not collect
We do not ask for or store payment card numbers on this site, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Why we use it
- To produce and send the visibility report you requested.
- To respond to your questions and, if you ask, to follow up about working together.
- To understand which pages and campaigns bring people here, so we can improve them.
- To protect the site against spam and abuse.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Cookies and advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies for basic site function and measurement. We advertise on Google, which means Google may set cookies or identifiers to measure whether an ad led to a scan request, and to show our ads to people who have visited this site. You can control this through Google Ad Settings, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser at any time. Blocking them will not prevent you from running a scan.
Who processes your information
We rely on a small number of service providers who process information on our behalf, under their own security obligations: Cloudflare (website hosting and security), Resend (delivering email), and Google (advertising and analytics). Your scan details and email are stored in our own Cloudflare account.
How long we keep it
We keep scan submissions and correspondence for as long as needed to serve you and to keep ordinary business records — generally no more than three years after our last contact, unless you ask us to remove it sooner or the law requires us to keep it longer.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Email [email protected] and we will act on it within 30 days. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not affect a report you already asked for.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA, including the right to object to processing or to lodge a complaint with your local regulator. We honor those requests regardless of where you are.
Security
Information is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with the providers named above. No system is perfectly secure, so we collect as little as we can and keep it no longer than we need.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date below and, where the change affects information already collected, tell you directly.
